QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience delivering Health & Social care apprenticeships on the new apprenticeship standards
A strong track record of supporting learners through End Point Assessment
Relevant occupational competency within the Health & Social Care sector, working at a supervisor/ manager level at a minimum
Relevant qualifications within the Health & Social Care sector
GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent Functional Skills qualifications
Assessor or teaching qualification
Ability to manage a caseload of learners with varying learning requirements
Knowledge of different types of learning styles and how to practically apply this knowledge to ensure all learners have a tailored and supportive learning journey
A team player with good planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
