You will be responsible for delivering Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading and Management qualifications up to L3 to a range of learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the business sector, teamed with a real passion for learning and development. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to innovate and inspire learners to achieve their potential.
We are looking for occupationally competent Independent End-point Assessors (IEPAs) and Lead Independent End-point Assessors (LIEPAs) to conduct End-point Assessments, as the apprentice completes their training.

As a part of the role you responsibilities will be varied. You will need to assess and support a caseload of learners working towards apprenticeship standards. Delivering through blended learning and a variety of different assessment methods including group delivery and 1:1 mentoring and support. Provide support, advice and guidance to learners through their qualifications, ensuring they successfully complete them in a timely manner. All the while creating lesson plans and learning materials and preparing learners for EPA. It requires a strong work ethic and passion to fulfil this role.
