With a salary up to £27,000, we have a fantastic new vacancy for a Residential Childcare Assessor to join a leading team in this brand new, remote based role. If you are a Residential Childcare Assessor that is both passionate and adaptable, this job opportunity is for you!
As a Residential Childcare Assessor your role will entail successfully delivering qualifications up to Level 5 in Residential Childcare. Ensuring learners remain on programme by regularly checking in and carrying out progress reviews, remotely on a 1:1 basis. Support learners to overcome any barriers to learning and adapt the method of delivery to meet learner’s needs. Additionally you will need to support learners with there End-Point Assessment and 20% off the job training. Ensure learner files are fully compliant and up to date and adhere to any ESFA / CIF / OFSTED / requirements. Be responsible for completing and maintaining appropriate internal and external quality standards. Attend standardisation and team meetings as required.
