JOB DESCRIPTION
Morgan Hunt is working with a national training provider within the Education and Training sector who are currently recruiting for a Level 5 Management Apprenticeship Assessor. This is a full-time permanent role in Manchester. The salary for this role is paying up to £38,000 plus bonuses of up to £4,500.
In this role, you will deliver Level 5 Management Apprenticeships including Functional Skills. This includes preparing learners for the EPA and using E-portfolio to track their progress. You must be able to manage your own caseloads within a timely completion rate as required by assessment and verification processes.
Internally you will work closely with our IQA to ensure standards are met but externally, you will engage with existing clients to obtain and provide learner feedback. Furthermore, you should aim to generate new business from existing client relationships to help grow the company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Have substantial vocational experience within a management position
- Have experience of delivering the Management Apprenticeship standards up to Level 5
- Be a qualified Skills Coach or Assessor and hold an A1 qualification or equivalent
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Management or equivalent
- Have previous experience working as a Skills Coach or Assessor and a successful track record in achieving high completions
- Hold GCSE’s in both Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent
- Have a full UK driving licence and access to their own car
