As Healthcare End-Point Assessor you will work with Apprentices and their employers to plan and conduct End Point Assessments. You will be expected to work towards an agreed schedule / completing planned assessments in learner’s workplace. You will carry out assessment activity (face to face & electronic). Make decisions against recognised assessment plans while completing IT / paper-based report documents
As a part of the role you will grade assessments and provide feedback. Confirming grades and pass / fail judgements on a range of work-based evidence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Registered Nurse qualified (Level 5) with professional, hands on experience in the Healthcare sector
Hold relevant assessing qualifications such as CAVA, TAQA, V1, A1
knowledge of IQA assessment processes / observations
experience of professional discussions / reviewing learners’ showcase of evidence
good IT ( MS Office ), time management & communication skills
ability to work autonomously, in line with an operating framework
awareness / understanding learner difficulties / disabilities & social needs
