JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is for a Health and Social Care IQA who would be based in the North of London. Working for a multi-layered business offering a range of different services to their learners nationally. The award-winning provider is currently looking for someone to monitor and evaluate assessors work. They will support the Lead IQA with any external agency visits when required. This role is a remote role within the North London area.
You will need to provide support and guidance to assessors/trainers and monitor the quality of their performances. Assisting and participating in standardisation meetings when Lead IQA is absent. Conducting all duties and tasks in line with the company’s Health and Safety policy.
You will be required to attend any External Verification visits as support. Preparing and delivering sampling plans for Internal verification in support of the lead IQA. Including supporting the lead IQA in ensuring all trainers’ requirements and standards are met (Certificates, CV’s etc). There will be an expectation that you keep track of IQA activities conducted by yourself. Ensuring that the quality of provision within the department is constantly improving and progressing by supporting the delivery team with different lesson plans and schemes of work.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Have an IQA qualification
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS or equivalent)
- Have an Assessors qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1 etc)
- Have a Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths or English or equivalent
- Have some sort of experience working in Internal Verifier products
- Have knowledge on embedding different plans and delivering/creating programmes that are fit for the delivery of learners
