JOB DESCRIPTION
Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a prestigious FE College in London to employ an experienced Plumbing professional for their Plumbing Assessor role. The position will involve assessing C&G apprentice’s on-site and in the classroom. The right candidate will have recent experience in assessing Plumbing, up to date Plumbing qualifications and an assessor award.
You will be responsible for ensuring the initial assessment process is completed to the company standard and evidence provided to support candidate file and funding audits. Ensuring caseload completes the apprenticeship programme and are ready for their relevant EPA, which includes meeting targets set on the learning plan, co-ordinating Functional Skills with the tutor, Workshop Attendance, e-learning modules and any candidate documentation required.
Work with candidates to complete the apprenticeship programme by using technology including electronic portfolios and e-learning resources

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Good formal level of education with general qualification passes
- Ideally have recent experience of working in an educational/learning environment
- Ideally have worked in an assessor role
- Up to date Plumbing qualifications
- The ability to liaise with staff and people at all levels (internal and external)
- Flexibility and responsiveness to working hours, patterns and arrangements

To formally be an Assessor you must hold either an; A1/2, D32/33, or CAVA. Or at the very least be working towards it.
