JOB DESCRIPTION
S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for an Accountancy IQA on a remote basis. The client has been established for over 40 years and has a great reputation as they pride themselves on delivering high-quality programmes in further education. They are looking for a qualified Internal Quality Assurer to assess the Accountancy Assessors in the organisation and ensure they are meeting Ofsted’s standards and expectations.
You will be tasked with improving internal practice and raise quality in line with Ofsted standards and expectations. Monitoring trainers/assessors delivery and creating plans for further improvement. Expect to coordinate assessment and observation processes while overseeing Apprenticeship standards and qualification timelines.
As a key part of the role, you will need to report and plan meetings with quality and standards manager to ensure the organisation are meeting the requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Possess the IQA qualification
- Achieved an assessors qualification such as A1, CAVA, TAQA, D32/D33
- Occupational experience in Accountancy
- Experience delivering Accountancy programmes to Apprenticeship standards or short courses
