To be eligible for this role you need to be an experienced Residential Childcare Assessor. Capable of observing, marking and assessing, and reviewing the work of the learners for levels 3 and 4 in residential childcare.
As a Residential Childcare Assessor, you will be delivering training remotely to learners. Visiting learners face to face when needed in Middlewich and other locations needed in Cheshire. Abel Personnel UK Ltd is looking for someone who will support, motivate and mentor the learners.
Using a portfolio system you will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners. Attend weekly remote meetings online with team members to encourage new ideas and concepts.
