JOB DESCRIPTION
A new position has opened up for a Residential Childcare Assessor. It is a fantastic opportunity to work in this organisation that values staff, they offer fantastic training and promotional prospects. The role is home-based, requiring you to manage your own diary to cover mainly Middlewich, Cheshire.
To be eligible for this role you need to be an experienced Residential Childcare Assessor. Capable of observing, marking and assessing, and reviewing the work of the learners for levels 3 and 4 in residential childcare.
As a Residential Childcare Assessor, you will be delivering training remotely to learners. Visiting learners face to face when needed in Middlewich and other locations needed in Cheshire. Able Personnel UK Ltd is looking for someone who will support, motivate and mentor the learners.
Using a portfolio system you will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners. Attend weekly remote meetings online with team members to encourage new ideas and concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Assessor qualified such as TAQA, A1, D32/D33 or CAVA
- Must have assessed in Residential Childcare to level 3 or 4Useful if level 4 qualified or the young people’s workforce qualification, however not essential for the role
