JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop, plan and execute Quality Improvement Plans, driving and promoting continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning. This includes monitoring compliance and targets against learner attendance, learner journey and progression. You will be essential in driving and promoting continuous quality improvement.
Another aspect of the role will be to conduct regular standardisation meetings. Ensuring the timely achievement of learners. Liaising with senior management regarding Assessor performance, gradings and learner progression, against agreed learning plans. Furthermore, update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Recognised Internal Quality Assurance award such as (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
- Hold IQA and assessing experience within Leadership & Management L5 New Standards.
- Must hold strong occupational competency within Leadership and Management.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.

As a Management Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) / Internal Verifier you will be quality assuring a New Apprenticeship Standards in Management Level 5 (Operations/Departmental Manager). Currently remote, this entails implementing action plans to ensure Assessors are delivering training to a high standard, and CPD is up to date.

This is a full-time permanent role in Manchester. The salary for this role is paying up to £38,000 plus bonuses of up to £4,500.

This role entails assessing and supporting learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship Standard. Deliver online learning via MS Teams to gather evidence while managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
