This is an exciting opportunity across the country for Personal Tutors to deliver Health & Social Care apprenticeships from levels 2 to 5. JOB DESCRIPTION

Trainee or Qualified. Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

Must be flexible with travel across Lincolnshire, Peterborough and surrounding areas.

Your duties will include the following:

  • Delivering full Apprenticeship qualifications in Active Leisure up to Level 3.
  • Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning).
  • Delivering Functional Skills in Maths and English Level 2.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners’ needs.
  • Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Must hold strong occupational competency within Fitness/Active Leisure as a General/Fitness Manager.
    • Must have wet-side experience (specifically with experience in pool/water testing)
    • Must hold the following qualifications: Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction; Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Personal Training; Level 3 Nutrition.
    • Must be confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
    • Must be IT literate.
    • Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
    • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
    • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.

          • Excellent IT skills with extensive work experience in the IT and Digital Marketing arena
          • Level 5 qualification in IT and or Marketing
          • Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths and ICT
          • Assessor award (L3) e.g. CAVA
          • Relevant teaching qualification (Minimum level 3 award in Education and Training / PTLLS)

          Apprenticeships Development Coach – Digital Marketing Level 3 and Marketing Level 4.

          Remote based with Travel when required – Salary Negotiable up to approx £40k.

          To deliver a range of apprenticeships across the Midlands and the UK.

          This opportunity is a vacancy for an Assessor /  Development Coach (Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor) who will be helping to develop and shape digital marketers for the future through an innovative training and development programme, moulded to suit employer requirements. Delivering the Digital Marketing Level 3 and Marketing Level 4 Executive apprenticeship standards for a portfolio of clients. This role will be crucial in maintaining and strengthening stakeholder relationships and delivering high levels of service, achieving high achievement and satisfaction rates.

          Applicants for this role can potentially be based anywhere in the UK as most of the delivery will be Remote … however you will also need to be prepared to travel when any face-to-face delivery/sessions are required. You will also need to attend occasional meetings in the Midlands, potentially being Midlands based could be ideal for this role (but not required!).

          THE ROLE

          • Delivering classroom-based delivery of Digital Marketing and Marketing, to develop workplace knowledge and skills as part of learner apprenticeships
          • Motivate and inspire learners to achieve and progress onto higher levels of study
          • Conduct workplace assessments to monitor learner development, generating evidence to assist with the Gateway and EPA phase
