JOB DESCRIPTION
A niche EPAO is looking for a Director of End Point Assessment to join their growing team. The client is an established EPAO, who have consistently grown and worked with a number of the sector leading Training Providers and Colleges. The EPAO is a learner, employer and staff centric provider. They are looking for an ambitious, experienced and driven Director of End Point Assessment to join their Senior Leadership Team and drive forward the pipeline of growth.
Ideally, the Director will be responsible for driving the growth, development and ensuring the highest level of standards within the company. They will have full accountability and responsibility for the EPAO’s compliance, operational running and growth. You will be the main point of contact with Ofqual ensuring the final stages of their Ofqual transition runs smoothly.
It is essential that you have worked for an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) or Awarding Body in a leadership position. Moving forward with us you will be a part of creating the strategic plan and vision of the EPAO.
You will reside over the delivery of a high quality, rigorous and robust end-point assessment service that delivers high levels of client satisfaction. Lead EPA Reporting at Board level providing recommendations for growth and business development. Deliver operational performance in line with the agreed business plan targets. Fuel business development and creating strong client relationships and further enhancing the market share of our client’s presence.
Oversee the application & implementation of planned standards ready for timely delivery. Secure Agreed Volumes of Apprentices for EPA annually. Lead, motivate & manage the EPA team in line with business targets and ethos.
You will be in charge of the policies & processes for the delivery of End-Point Assessments to meet ESFA, IfATE and EQA requirements including Ofqual. Designing and presenting regular webinars and industry updates for current and potential clients. Carrying out regular price reviews vs competitors and make recommendations to maintain commercial competitiveness.
It will also be your responsibility for securing, agreeing and managing client contracts in line with profiles This is not an exhaustive list but should cover a large portion of what you should expect to do in this position.
