JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Leadership and Management IQA, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality assurance for the companies qualifications in line with Ofsted requirements and expectations. Supporting the Leadership and Management trainers/coaches to deliver progressive teaching, learning and assessment visits with learners
Work closely with trainers/coaches and operations team to ensure learners remain on track with their programme and complete their apprenticeship in a timely manner. Managing your own diary to achieve clear set KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Hold relevant assessing qualifications such as CAVA, TAQA, V1, A1
- Possess an IQA qualification
- Hold Level 5 Management qualifications such as ILM
- Experience delivering L&M courses/programmes
- Ability to motivate your team to ensure completion of apprenticeships.
