As a Management Assessor, you will assess and support learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship Standard. Deliver online learning via MS Teams to gather evidence and manage your own diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
You will be required to organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress. Providing support, advice and motivation to learners. Help learners to overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion time scales. Meeting any Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely reviews, paperwork, EPA and general administration.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA – up to date assessing experience is not essential
Hold strong occupational competency at a Senior Management level
Must have a good level of ICT skills
Confidence to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills – previous delivery experience of Functional Skills is not essential
Happy to conduct online remote assessments – and face to face when required
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel
