This role entails assessing and supporting learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship Standard. Deliver online learning via MS Teams to gather evidence while managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress. Support, advise and motivate learners throughout their learning journey. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

Work to learner review and completion time-scales. This includes meeting Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely reviews, paperwork, EPA and general administration. This is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA – up to date assessing experience is not essential
Hold strong occupational competency at a Senior Management level
Must have a good level of ICT skills
Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills – previous delivery experience of Functional Skills is not essential
Happy to conduct online remote assessments – and face to face when required
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel
